Since then, I've quickly advanced in the electric vehicle (EV) industry through three impactful roles. As a product expert for EV chargers, I provided expertise across various manufacturers, overseeing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal hardware and software performance. I led hardware and software testing for EV charging stations, leveraging deep ecosystem knowledge to align with business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders. My insights guided research and development, defining performance requirements and identifying scalable platforms for purchasing decisions and design strategies. Additionally, I developed and collaborated on technical and informational documentation, as well as user interface and experience design for the company's products, services, and processes.

Built a website in one week after an affiliate company went live. Collaborated directly with the CEO and marketing team to implement certain design elements and key functionalities deemed as requirements for a proper launch. Led drivers remotely in operating EV charging station software as a member of the support team. Diagnosing the issue a station might be facing and sending Open Charge Point Protocol commands via an operating portal application. Managing a series of clients and sites assigned to us for daily monitoring, ticket management, and communication purposes.
